Fantastic Hotel Stay

warm staff free upgrade soft bed

The reception staff was very warm. I was even offered a glass of champagne while checking in. I had booked a standard room but received a free upgrade to a premier room. The room was nicely decorated and very spacious and the bed was very soft. The bathroom included two wash basins and a bath tub.

The family room's shower had a bathtub. It took up almost the entire shower space. I found it weird the bathtub wasnt situated against the wall. This could offer more space.

The gym was slightly small, given the hotel's overall size.

efficient check-in wide array

check-in was seamless and efficient the breakfast had a wide array of choices the staff was always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere and elegant decor throughout the hotel it.

i found the gym to be smaller than expected it had limited equipment and space for workouts the hours were also somewhat restrictive.

inconsistent experience

smaller room irritating service

i booked a 30m2 room and received a much smaller one initially it was disappointing and i felt misled at this price point the hotel initially offered excuses about the building's age then they switched me to a better room but only for half my stay it seemed like i had to fight for what i had already paid for making the overall stay frustrating

the location was acceptable. it was close enough to the palace.

the room was smaller than advertised, which i found quite irritating. i booked a room i thought was 30m2. however, it felt significantly smaller. i complained, but i only got a better room for half my stay was good.

The room I had was very small for the price. The gym was also tiny and did not have a wide variety of equipment. I think the hotel is overpriced for what it offers and needs some updates.
